1. Quotations and invoices are provided by A Bailey Plumbing, a trading name of DPORT Pty Ltd, herein referred to as ‘the company’.

2. Information regarding Small-scale Technology Certificates, eligibility and deeming periods can be found at

3. Any promotion advertised by Rheem Australia, the Rheem Solar Specialist Network or the company will be bound by the conditions of its own promotion.

4. Warranty details can be found at https://www.rheem.com.au/rheem/help/warranties. The company is an authorized warranty and service agent of Rheem Australia, and their associated brands. Warranty assessment is in accordance with Rheem's warranty and service policy. If works are not deemed warrantable the client accepts full liability for payment at the rates set out below.

5. Unless quoted otherwise, the following are labor charge out rates. All rates are exclusive of GST.
First hour onsite (minimum charge)- $200
Hourly rate- $130 billed in 15 minute increments ($32.50 per 15 minutes)
After hours Monday to Friday 5pm-6am and Weekends. 4 Hour minimum charge
First hour onsite- $245
Hourly rate- $175 billed in 15 minute increments (43.75 per 15 minutes)
Travel time is charged at the above rates for any bookings in excess of 1 hour from the company's head office in Geebung, QLD, 4034.
Ferry fees will be quoted additional to works.

Temporary hot water systems are at the discretion of the company. Courtesy systems may be provided on acceptance of new installation quotes. Standard hire rates are $100ex gst per week over first 14 days hire.

6. Invoices are due on day the invoice is issued unless arranged prior to attendance. Payment can be accepted in cash, direct debit or credit/debit card.

Credit and debit card will attract a fee of 1.9%. Cheques are not accepted. For safety reasons, employees do not carry cash for change so exact payment is required.

7. $100 discount guarantee. If full payment of quoted new solar hot water installations is paid prior to the day of install by direct debit or cash in office, $100 discount will be applied to final invoice. This discount is not valid with any other offers.

8. Cancellations of service calls or refusal of access once a booking has been confirmed, with less than 4 hours notice, will still be charged the first hour charge of $200ex GST.

9. Deposits on quoted works are refundable from cancellation (less a 10% administration charge) providing cancellation is not within 7 days of booked installation. Cancellations within 7 days will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the held deposit. Cancellation within 24hrs of the booked installation will not be eligible for a deposit refund. If an installation is rescheduled within 7 days of the original booking date and then subsequently cancelled, this is still considered a cancellation within 7 days. Materials associated with cancelled bookings may have a restocking fee, at the discretion of the company.

10. Changes in installation circumstances may result in cost variations which will remain the responsibility of the client. Variations may include changes that are not foreseen until works begin.

11. Quotes given over the phone or emailed without site attendances are at the risk of the client. We endeavour to provide a high service quality standard and as such quote to the best of our knowledge with the information provided. The company agrees to discuss all variations with the client as soon as practical after they arise. Should the client wish to no longer proceed with works due to variations, the above cancellation policy applies.

12. Onsite quotes are charged at $200 excluding gst. On completion of a system replacement with the company, we agree to discount the quote fee from the final invoice, referenced as 'free quotes'.

13. Additional works not specifically listed in the quotation are wholly excluded. This includes any maintenance works or upgrade works that may be required resultant of quoted works.

14. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the structure of their property is suitable for the weight and design of the installed system. The company may provide generalized information and installation guides with specifications, however, this information does not replace professional assessment from a structural engineer, builder or other appropriately qualified person. The company bears no responsibility for damaged roofs, structures or fixtures caused by insufficient structural support.

15. The company bears no responsibility or liability, in any circumstances, for Asbestos identification, testing, removal, containment, or damage caused to persons or property by Asbestos containing materials. This includes any costs relating to the above.

16. Any discount applied to the quotation regarding the claiming of an STC by the company or its agents is considered final, and no further adjustments will be made.

17. Installation of an item quoted by the company may be installed by the company or one of its associates providing the associate is appropriately qualified to undertake the task.

18. Estimates on energy savings are made using information provided to the company in conjunction with assumptions based on average information for the area, climate and typical house construction and usage. The company takes no liability for variation in energy savings based on the client’s exact circumstances.

19. All goods and services remain the property of the company until such time as the final invoice has been paid in full. The company reserves the right to take legal action against the client to recover any unpaid monies and any additional costs incurred by the company during the debt recovery process.

20. The client agrees to give unrestricted access to the property until such time as the owed monies are paid in full. The client acknowledges and agrees that the company or its representatives may enter the property within normal business hours, after notification of payment default, and remove any installation or goods supplied by the company. The client absolves the company of any liability, costs or damage arising from the removal of unpaid services or property and agrees that the company shall bear no responsibility to the owner, the property or its residents to maintain hot or cold water supply.

21. Default payments, over two weeks past due, will incur interest accrued at 3% compounding per week on the balance remaining.

22.The company will not be held responsible under any circumstances for any costs associated with installation delays for any reason.
